Hey friends,
I got an opportunity to visit the pilgrim city of the country; Varanasi and was fortunate enough to get some great pictures:
a. I took this picture with my Cannon 1000D with 18-55 lens. The boat proliferates beautifully over the picture depicting the wideness of the entire drama and gives me an impression as if the boat is carrying the entire ghat on its hull!
The very fact of me requesting my able boat rider to pose for a picture made him blush. His innocent smile coupled with the golden evening sun-light gave me a perfect shot!
Though its a painful truth that the water level of holy GANGA is reduced but by seeing the evening's Aarti one can say that the people's faith level is very much maintained.

Evening is the time of meditation. It seems the whole existance has become meditative. I feel these two boats are so still....like dissolved in existance.
